Raspberry Chia Pudding
Health in a cup!
Ingredients :
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Time :
To be prepared with 1 night before and to be enjoyed the 2nd day for the breakfast.
- Prepare : 5 minutes
Method :
- Blend the raspberries together with the almond milk in a high speed blender.
- Mix the chia seeds with the milk and set aside for approximative 30 minutes. Mix it again, add a plastic foil and add the cup overnight in the fridge.
- Take out the cup from the fridge, stir again and you can either top it with some fruit and enjoy it or start decorating it as per your creativity. If the later, move the composition to a new cup and add the desired topings (fresh fruit, chocolate, grated coconut etc).
