Açaí Bowl
Did you know that acai berries are one of the best sources of antioxidants ? Presenting you a simple, healthy, nutritious and delicious recipe - perfect for breakfast!
Ingredients (for 2) :
- 2 frozen packs of acai puree (200 grams)
- 2 frozen banana (I recommend to freeze them already cut in slices and without the peel)
- 1 cup almond/coconut/soy milk or yoghurt
- to decorate : 1 fresh banana, chia seeds, coconut flakes, kiwi, passion fruit, strawberries etc
Time :
- Total : 10 minutes
Method :
- Blend the frozen acai puree and bananas together with the milk/yoghurt.
- Add to a bowl and decorate with your favorite topping.
- Enjoy straight away this pot full of vitamins and health!
