Upside Down Rhubarb Cake
Delicious, playful and easy to bake!
Ingredients :
- 500 g rhubarb
- 150 g fine sugar (ideally brown)
- 130 g butter
- 1 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 2 eggs
- 150 g (self-raising) flour - if simple, add 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g almond flour
- 125 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
