Roasted Peach and Blue Cheese Salad
A salad of contrast : juicy sweet peaches combined with spicy salty cheese, making it a perfect combination of flavours.
Ingredients :
- mixed salad
- 1-2 peaches
- 50 gr blue cheese
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamico
- optional : edible flowers, carambola
Time :
- Total : 12-15 minutes
Method :
- Cut the peaches in two and remove the pits.
- Grease the grill with olive oil and place it on medium fire.
- Add the peaches on the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side (until charred).
- Meanwhile prepare the dressing by mixing the honey with olive oil and balsamico. Mix it with the salad leaves ensuring they are well combined.
- Slice the peaches and add them on the salad. Top them with blue cheese.
- Decorate your salad with some carambola slices and edible flowers for an exotic look.
